I've just won a battle with the hackers who managed to hack into my account and posted SX's stuff on my facebook friends' walls..It was really humiliating and degrading..What those hackers get by doing this, I don't know but maybe the hidden agenda is just to sour the taste of facebook in our mouths..hohohooohoo...and i'm probably to be blamed partly, because i didn't check on what the site that i opened my fb in..turned out, i opened my fb in the www site..well, i should hv opened it in https, it's much safer..huhuuhhhhu nonetheless- to all hackers, who did these things to me and everybody else who'd fallen victims to hacked fb accounts, i will pray for your downfall. amen!
Once in a while- we get a story that's so inspiring, we get goosebumps all over. I got this a few days ago- when I was watching AFC channel on ASTRO, and it was a 30 minutes special about a certain chef named HOMARO CANTU.
I knew Anthony Bourdain, I knew Jamie Oliver and I knew Gordon Ramsay- those are all famous celebrity chef. But this Homaro Cantu- even the name is somewhat unique.
Homaro Cantu- is aa chef specializing in molecular gastronomy cuisine. What's that? He's a food scientist, food engineer and food designer. He is a genius who didn't excel much in the normal school curriculum.
He is the man who invented the edible menus. He's still continuing to make experiments on food- and he's a downright family man to the bone.
What was so inspiring was his journey to success. Homeless, poverty ridden- all he had when he's growing up was his passion for food and cooking. He even worked for free in countless restaurants just to get the experience.
And now- he's one of the most successful chef cum entrepreneur cum restaurant owner cum food scientist in the world.
So Homaro Cantu inspired me. From his story I learned that no matter how hard life was and will be, it's up to us to push forward or let it be. Remember life is what we make of it. It's in our own hands.
